• Account data (name, email, password hash, language).
• Profile data you choose to add (phone, avatar, preferences).
• Listing and booking data for landlords and tenants.
• Payment metadata (handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers).
• Technical data (IP, device, referral source, analytics events).

We process personal data to operate the platform, fulfill contracts with tenants and landlords, comply with legal obligations (invoicing, tax, anti-fraud), and — where you consent — to send marketing communications and personalise your experience. Legal bases under GDPR: contract performance, legitimate interest, legal obligation, and consent.

We share data with sub-processors strictly to run the service: cloud hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, analytics and customer support tools. We do not sell personal data.

Account data is kept while your account is active and up to 10 years afterwards where required for legal/tax obligations. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is anonymised or deleted after 26 months.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact info@florishouse.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
